Wyman to Celebrate 35th Anniversary

Concert to Feature Alumni Choir

 

Alumni who were members of Wesleyan choral ensembles are invited to participate in a special concert and reception marking William A. Wyman’s 35^th year of teaching and conducting at Nebraska Wesleyan University. 

 

Scheduled for Sunday, November 1, 4 pm, in O’Donnell Auditorim, the concert will feature the Wesleyan Alumni Choir, Nebraska Wesleyan University Choir and the Symphonic Band.

 

“This occasion marks the fourth time that Wesleyan choral alumni have gathered in a reunion of vocal talent,” said Dr. Wyman.  “The enthusiasm for those experiences has led to plans for this fourth reunion.  We hope all who participated will return and be joined by many others.”

Three rehearsals will assist alumni choir members in preparing for the concert:  

• Friday, October 30, 4-6 pm, in Emerson Recital Hall
• Saturday, October 31, 4-6 pm, in O’Donnell Auditorium
• Sunday, November 1, 3 pm, in O’Donnell Auditorium. 

 

Interested alumni should email us with their voice part and their availability for the rehearsals by October 1.
